Climate change is happening now and in order to address climate change challenges, Europe has developed an adaptation strategy to climate change while inviting its Member States to develop suitable adaptation plans at national level.
In Italy, the public consultation on the first draft of the National Adaptation Plan to Climate Change has been launched last summer and will remain open until October 15, 2017.
