This is a model used in the past

SINTEX-G (SXG, Gualdi et al. 2008) is an Atmosphere Ocean Sea-Ice General Circulation Model (AOGCM) and it has been developed as an evolution of SINTEX and SINTEX-F (Gualdi et al. 2003, Luo et al. 2003).

Compared to the previous versions, SXG includes a thermodynamic sea-ice model and the possibility to use external radiative forcings (Ozone, Sulfate Aerosols, Greenhouse Gases), being thus suitable for climate scenario simulations.
