CMCC Role
Lead for seasonal and weather forecast production internal to the platform, to be shared as input data for several tailored modules
Expected results
Downscaled seasonal forecasts, which allow bias correction of the model output and an increase of spatial resolution, suitable for small scale processes.
Activity
- Development of a concept suitable to stakeholders, based on short and mid-term forecasts on specific areas of interest;
- Data production and verification;
- Participation in workshops and production of scientific and non-scientific reports.
