My research is mainly focused to design and implement specific algorithms for optimising modern HPC oceanographic simulations, dealing with several aspects :
high-resolution issues, data-managing, post-processing analysis and interface with other components.
More physical goals lead to interpret and understand errors and uncertainties in ensemble forecasting.
