The meeting that will take place in Lecce (Monastero degli Olivetani) the 15th of November, 2010 will focus on the following themes :
- The current Climate Change in the region
- The future evolution of climate change
- The impacts of climate on the different systems, from the water system to the system of crops.
This event is organized by the University of Salento, funded by the CIRCE European Project (Climate Change and Impact Research: the Mediterranean Environment), with the cooperation of CMCC and the MedCLIVAR programme (Mediterranean Climate Variability and Predictability).
