CMCC has long been committed to promoting equality and preventing discrimination across all its activities. Since 2016, the Foundation’s Ethical Code and dedicated Ethics Committee have upheld these principles, fostering a workplace rooted in respect, trust, and inclusivity.
Gender equality is an increasingly relevant issue in the workplace and society, CMCC remains committed to creating a more equitable and innovative work environment. An effective Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is not just a regulatory requirement but a strategic tool to drive inclusion and enhance talent—regardless of gender.
Gender Equality Plan
The CMCC GEP builds on the Foundation’s efforts to promote gender equality, diversity, and well-being by raising awareness, supporting careers, promoting gender-balanced leadership and fostering inclusive research.
Guidelines for a “broad” language
The guidelines on broad language stem from the GEP’s principles, expanding its scope to foster inclusivity beyond gender and address overlapping forms of discrimination with inclusive, accessible and clear language.
