Habra Nour

Nour Habra is a Full-Stack Developer and Junior Research Scientist at the CMCC Foundation, where he contributes to innovative digital solutions supporting environmental and data-driven research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from the Arab International University, where he graduated with high distinction among the top students in his class. With a strong foundation in software engineering and applied AI, Nour combines technical expertise with scientific curiosity to build scalable, real-world systems. His academic work includes developing advanced platforms such as PULSE — a unified medical records ecosystem that leverages AI for clinical decision support — and FUSE, an AI-enriched financial ecosystem designed to optimize resource management and promote sustainable decision-making.

Beyond his research work, Nour has extensive experience in full-stack development using modern technologies such as React, React Native, and Node.js. He has led multidisciplinary teams in designing and delivering complex software systems, fostering collaboration across developers and domain experts. Known for his problem-solving mindset, leadership, and easy-going professionalism, Nour strives to create user-centric tools that enhance data accessibility and scientific collaboration. His current focus at CMCC centers on building robust, innovative systems that advance research in climate and sustainability.
