The impact of recession in the stabilization challenge;
the role of developing countries’ growth in order to find the path toward the stabilization;
the feasible concentration of CO2 we can really reach with a delayed participation of developing countries to a global agreement (“650 CO2-e is reasonably possible; 550 CO2-e is extremely difficult; 450 CO2-e is in the rearview mirror);
but a committment of BRIC countries (Brasil, Russia, India and Cina) now to reduce emissions in the future can be a win-win proposition.
