Clara Beffa (Master Degree in International Relations at University of Trieste, Italy, 2005) is Manager of the RAAS “Risk Assessment and Adaptation Strategies” Division at Fondazione CMCC. Prior to this assignment she worked as Project Manager for RAAS and ECIP “Economic Climate Impacts and Policy” Divisions.

She has been working since 2008 in the management of technical assistance projects funded by international donors such as EC, World Bank and LuxDev, mostly in the Mediterranean region and in the Balkans, focusing on economic development and education.

In 2021 she worked as Gender Expert for the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean in Barcelona.

She is currently working on a part time basis as Key Expert for the EC.
