What is Think Forward? Think Forward is a film festival dedicated to climate change and renewable energy. Think forward is also a lively environment for those who already know about climate change as well as for those who know nothing about it. Think forward is an alternative way to learn about such actual and important topics.
When?
October 20th and 21st, 2011.
Where?
Think Forward will be held at the Fondazione Querini Stampalia in Venice.
Think Forward is a project created by the International Center for Climate Governance, and aims to communicate the issues related to climate change to a wide and diverse audience as well as discuss and explore the issues related to renewable energy and water. Film is an immediate means to communicate the importance and complexity of these issues. Screenings of short films and feature films shot and produced by environmental filmmakers from around the world, and discussions with experts and international guests will enliven the two-day festival.
Think Forward aims to involve the audience, encouraging them to consider the importance of environmental awareness as well as the promotion and protection of the environment.
