Two years of work, almost one hundred of the best  Italian climate scientists involved in the realization of the book that represents an absolute innovation for our Country: following the  example of the IPCC the book is a report that analyses facts, vulnerability and impacts of climate change in Italy. A book that offers both a fund of reliable knowledge for uninformed people and an occasion of reflection and qualified discussions for the experts.

The book has been realized by the Euro-Mediterranean Center for Climate Change and edited by Sergio Castellari and Vincenzo Artale. It will be presented on April 15 at 12:30 in Venice (Island of San Giorgio) in the seat of the “Fondazione Giorgio Cini”. The speakers will be Corrado Clini (General Director – Ministry of the Environment), Antonio Navarra (President of the CMCC), Ignazio Musu (University of Venice), Sandro Fuzzi (Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate – ISAC/CNR), Luca Carra (journalist) and the editors Sergio Castellari (CMCC – INGV) and Vincenzo Artale (ENEA) will take part in the event.
