The webinar, co-organised by the Naturescapes and ARCADIA projects, presents key insights from a joint report series developed by Naturescapes and the GEF Sustainable Cities Program. The thematic reports examine integration, co-financing arrangements, emerging trends and justice in urban sustainability. The webinar also introduces a related synthesis report by the British Academy, which draws together findings from across the series on integrated approaches, access to finance and just transitions for cities.
The TrAnsformative climate ResilienCe by nAture-baseD solutions in the contInentAl bio-geographical region Project (ARCADIA) is funded by HORIZON Europe Innovation Actions, committed to accelerating climate adaptation through the strategic implementation of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) across Europe. The CMCC Foundation leads cross-regional support & synthesis, and supports design and performance of nature-based solutions and infrastructures as well as their integration in governance, policy and finance.
