Discovering the Italy Pavilion and its installations with the people who conceived, designed, and built them: in this special and exclusive edition, the immersive experience offered by the Grand Tour is made even richer when following Simona Masina. The president of the Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change explains to visitors the Foundation’s contribution to the Italy Pavilion. Thanks to ground-breaking model design and construction techniques and the use of very high-resolution data, the CMCC’s ocean forecasting system keeps track of all maritime dimensions from a single scientific perspective which, from global Oceans, closes in on the coast of Dubai, to put information and forecasts at the service of human societies, ecosystems, and sustainable development.
