Veneto Region, in cooperation with the United Nations Environment Programme – Interim Secretariat of the Carpathian Convention (UNEP Vienna-ISCC), has organized the Final Conference of the CLIMALPTOUR Project “Climate change and its impact on tourism in the Alpine Space” that will take place in Venice (Italy), October 6-7, 2011.
The Conference represents a unique opportunity to bring together high level institutions, private companies and representatives of the local communities to present the concrete outcomes of the project and to further discuss potential measures in order to encounter negative impacts of climate change, especially on the most sensitive areas of the Alpine area.
