Nicole Cecchinato is a PhD candidate at the University of Tuscia and CMCC Foundation working on agroecology and ecosystem services. Her research combines systematic reviews, GIS-based spatial analysis and field assessments to evaluate how agroecological practices influence soil functions, biodiversity and climate resilience in Mediterranean and European farming systems. She is also a member of Agroecology Europe and works closely with farmers to support agroecological transitions.
