Francesco is a postdoc researcher at the Biogeochemistry Unit of the ESYDA division. After a Master’s degree in physics of complex systems, he did a PhD in ocean biogeochemistry at the University of Trieste and the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics – OGS. His main interests are plankton biodiversity, biogeochemical models and theoretical ecology.
