Costanza Del Gobbo is a postdoctoral researcher in the Climate Variability and Prediction division of the Institute of Earth System Prediction at the CMCC, where she contributes to the EUROpest project. She is a climate modeller specialising in regional palaeo-climate modelling. Her research spans the Last Glacial Maximum, the Holocene, and more recently the Common Era, with particular emphasis on climate–cryosphere interactions, solar forcing, and vegetation change impacts. She previously held research positions at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, the Institute of Polar Sciences (CNR-ISP), and the University of Québec in Montréal.
