Angelica Marengo has been working as a collaborator for the RAAS division at CMCC since 2022, conducting research in the fields of disaster risk management and climate change adaptation. She is actively involved in the projects “UCPM Peer Review Programme of Disaster Risk Management and Civil Protection System” (both the 2020–2024 and 2025–2027 programme cycles) and MYRIAD-EU – Multi-hazard and sYstemic framework for enhancing Risk-Informed mAnagement and Decision-making in the EU.

Before taking on this role, she completed an internship at CMCC. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Language, Civilisation and the Science of Language, with a political-international curriculum, and a Master’s degree in Comparative International Relations from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice.
