Elena Pezzuto holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from the University of Salento and has acquired professional experience in several sectors.

Throughout her professional experience, she has developed expertise in the management and optimization of business processes, with a particular focus on standardization and documentation. Subsequently, she joined CMCC, where she supports the Organization Process & Change Office in fulfilling its mission to ensure that the organizational and operational structure is always aligned with the strategic guidelines of the Foundation.
