Stefania graduated in 2002 in “Education Science” specializing as expert on educational processes, from the University of Bologna.
After graduating, she worked for almost a year as junior researcher at the Department of “Education Science” of the University of Bologna in the field of  e-learning training.
After that, she worked as HR Manager Administrator for different companies, and also as HR Manager Administrator for the UNLB (United Nations Logistic Base) in Brindisi (from 2006 to 2009).
At the moment, she supports the CMCC Human Resources Department.
