Friday 23rd October, 2015 at 6:30 pm, ICCG – International Center for Climate Governance officially awards the winner of the Best Climate Practices Contest 2015 at Cascina Triulza, Civil Society Pavilion of Expo Milano 2015.

The winning practice of the 2015 BCP Contest will be awarded 10.000 euros to contribute to the development of the project or idea.

The event concludes the third edition of the ICCG 2015 Best Climate Practices Contest, an annual initiative aimed to build a collective knowledge platform on bottom-up solutions to climate change and sustainable development issues. This year, individuals or teams have submitted existing projects or new ideas that implement, promote, or develop “water-smart” solutions, sustainable and climate-resilient water management systems, or strategies for better use and conservation of water resources under climate change in agriculture and food production.

The most innovative solutions among those submitted to the contest are showcased during the conference. This year participants at the Best Climate Practices come from over 20 countries around the world.
