International Conference on Climate Services II will build upon the work identified at ICCS1 by reporting on recent activities of the Climate Services Partnership, engaging new partners and developing new projects, and reinforcing links between national and international organizations, and with the Global Framework for Climate Services.
ICCS2 will focus on identifying the conditions under which a climate services enterprise comprised of government agencies, the academic community, and the private sector can provide businesses, communities, and resource managers with
services and information for decision-making. As part of this effort, we will work with business associations to better define the needs of the corporate world and to develop public-private partnerships to support climate services.
