Dr. Giovanni Conti graduated (M. Sc.) cum laude in Theoretical Physics in 2011 at the University of Parma and he received the Ph.D. from the University Cà Foscari of Venice in 2016 (Program ‘’ Science and Management of Climate Change’’, stream Dynamic Climatology).
His main research interests extend to the study of climatic phenomenon such as ENSO (using Path Integral, Transition Matrices, Fokker Planck equation) to chaotic advection, turbulence and point vortex dynamics.
Currently, he is a Postdoc at CMCC, and he is working on atmospheric data assimilation.
