Oussema Jerfel is a Software Engineer with a degree in Computer Engineering from ESPRIT, specializing in Decision-Making Systems. He has experience in backend and data engineering, working with technologies such as Python, Java, and Spring Boot to develop scalable APIs and data-driven systems.
Before joining CMCC, Oussema gained experience across multiple areas of software engineering, including backend development, microservices, and mobile applications. He contributed to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and scalable systems, the deployment of enterprise solutions and the development of cross-platform applications.
At CMCC, which he joined in February 2025, he contributes to climate data infrastructure, with a focus on STAC APIs and large-scale data ingestion workflows.
