Clara Miglietta is a PhD student within the “Science and Management of Climate Change” program, jointly offered by Euro-Mediterranean Centre on Climate Change (CMCC Foundation) and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Her research focuses on climate change impact on global food security and trade.
Prior to starting her PhD, she worked as a post-degree junior researcher in the Economic analysis of Climate Change Impacts and Policies (ECIP) division within the CMCC Foundation focusing on economic modelling. She later held a post-degree research fellowship at the University of Venice contributing to a project on its Carbon Footprint reduction.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna, a Master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the University of Torino and a Master of Research in Science and Management of Climate Change from the University of Venice.
