Amanda Montanaro is a PhD student with a background in physics, climate and atmospheric dynamics. Her work at the Politecnico di Milano, in collaboration with CMCC within the EIEE division, will focus on tipping points and their impacts for adaptation strategies, with particular interest in the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) potential collapse.
