Paola has been working at CMCC within the Advanced Scientific Computing (ASC) division since 2012.

Her research activity focuses on the design and development of open source solutions for data access, management, visualization and analysis in the context of climate change, with particular attention to the aspects of software usability and reliability. At the same time, she is in charge of optimizing the calculation of climate indicators through the use of advanced data analysis and workflow engine tools.

She actively participates in national and international projects. She loves astronomy.
