Since 2017, Marta has worked on the management, coordination, and financial oversight of EU- funded and internationally funded projects across programmes such as Horizon, Erasmus+, PNRR, and various international donors. She first gained experience in Brussels within a civil society organization through a traineeship, before working for an Italian research institute and later for an Italian university, where she managed and reported on complex multi-partner projects. She joined the CMCC Foundation as part of the Project Administration & Management Control team in November 2025.
