Program Administrative Manager – GCNF, PSEO, ICC, AI/ML
Gianluca Pasca oversees all administrative functions for four special scientific programs (GCNF-PSEO-ICC-AI/ML), including budget management, human and material resources, and mission organization. Collaborating with program scientific directors, he supports project budgeting and fundraising for European, non-European, and philanthropic initiatives. Responsible for process definition, compliance, and operational coordination, Gianluca Pasca ensures efficiency, transparency, and alignment with strategic goals. He also manages the planning of scientific events, such as workshops and thematic meetings, contributing to the programs’ effective operation and supporting organizational leadership in decision-making.
