Davide Selva holds a Master’s degree in Planning and Management of Natural Resources from Politecnico di Milano. His work focuses on the development and integration of hydrological components within large-scale energy system models (e.g., PyPSA, MACRO). The aim is to enhance these models by making them dynamic and sensitive to hydro-climatic variability, enabling a more realistic, time-dependent representation of water availability, hydropower generation, and reservoir operations under both current and future climate conditions.
