Abstract

Virtual event intended to examine the impact of global warming on food.

The webinar will address issues related to the impact of climate change on the agriculture sectors that are most crucial for the wide adoption of a healthy and environmentally-friendly diet. The main principle of such a diet implies, on one hand, a larger production of vegetables and grains and, on the other, a biodiversity of cultivar and products. The issue is to understand if this breakdown will carry a disproportionate risk in the face of climate change and what are the challenges in the widespread adoption of such a diet.
