Daniele Bigoni holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science awarded by The Technical University of Denmark on uncertainty quantification. He furthers delve into Bayesian inference and data assimilation during his post-doc and researcher years in the UQGroup at the Aeronautics and Astronautics department of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he co-developed transport map methods for Bayesian inference. He then ventured into data science consulting in the role of Head of Data Science at Ammagamma S.r.l. (then Accenture), working on projects spanning from energy, manufacturing and finance.
