Jacopo Alessandri is an ocean modelling researcher at the Global Coastal Ocean of the CMCC foundation. He holds a Ph.D in geophysics at the University of Bologna with a focus on coastal ocean modelling with unstructured grid for forecasting (ensemble modelling) and applications for Nature based Solutions (NbSs). Currently he is working on the development of digital twins for coastal management.
