The report illustrates rainfall, geomorphological and geotechnical data regarding landslides occurred in pyroclastic soils.

The first case concerns an area located in the western sector of the urban district of Naples, known as Camaldoli hill (landslides occurred on October 13th, 2004, and on September 17th, 2005). The second case regards the northern slope of Monte Sant’Angelo di Cava mountain, located in the Nocera Inferiore town (March, 4th,
2005).
