This report contains the results of some numerical analyses aimed to investigate the factors which govern the response of typical slopes in Campania Region subjected to rainfall. In particular, the results show how geometrical features, rainfall characteristics, soil properties, initial and boundary conditions influence the slope behaviour, determining different consequences in terms of time and size of failure. The analyses of the transient infiltration due to the rainfall have been performed thanks to the finite element code SEEP/W, produced by GEO-SLOPE International Ltd. The input data have been obtained by literature and previous reports on the same subject.
