Jacopo Bonan is Assistant Professor at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. He obtained the MSc in Economics at the University of Edinburgh (UK) and the PhD in Economics at the University of Milan-Bicocca. He has been research fellow at the Catholic University of Milan and junior researcher at Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM). His research focuses on development economics with an emphasis on energy access and efficiency, health, agriculture, formal and informal financial institutions. He is specialized in the design of impact evaluations and coordinated several randomized controlled trials in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
