Matteo Calcaterra is a Postdoctoral researcher at Politecnico di Milano and a visiting researcher at CMCC. His work focuses on the economic modeling of the climate transition and economic impacts from a macro-finance perspective. He has published in top journals such as Nature Energy and JEEM. Before the PhD, he has graduated in Economics from Bocconi University and has worked for the European Commission (EC) and the European Investment Bank (EIB).
