This proposal stems from the need to present a project for the realisation of a plant for the production of electricity through the exploitation of wind in the Adriatic Sea, specifically on the coast of the Molise Region.

Design and commissioning of an innovative offshore wind farm in the waters off the Molise region.
CMCC role
Supporting the drafting of detailed documentation on the potential environmental impacts of an offshore wind farm, short- and long-term impact monitoring strategies and mitigation measures.
Activities
Collection of previous data and information on the wind turbine installation site, drafting of a preliminary environmental study concerning the project, drafting of an environmental monitoring plan.
